so my husband thinks i can be alittle OCD about somethings, (obviously not all things due to cleanliness of bathroom)
little does he know that i may demand order where i can get it because i am so chaotic in my head, though this might just be the case with the OCD population, so maybe he's right,
anyway, to face my feelings of disorientation as of late, i am venturing to have a check list for things to do everyday, cause well, i always mean to do things and yet, they just don't seem to happen, (an alarm goes off on my phone at 5pm to remind me to feed the children) so here's to a little more structure and hopefully well being
1. pray with in first hour of getting up- (usually helps with rest of day, or at least my cranky attitude)
2. walk ( got no excuse with my Cadillac of a stroller )
3. kiss husband
4. have intentional time with lucia
5. one creative endevor (draw, sew, bake, cook)
6. take kids outside
7. wash and lotion face
8. brush lucia's teeth
9. do sit-ups (don't laugh, though i would love to be doing this for my elephant of a stomach, i am really motivated by my back- my chiropractor siad he wouldn't have to see me at all if i did sit ups everyday, so we shall see about that)
10. read one chapter (at least) of book

I think it is very funny that you set your alarm to make dinner! And I also think that #5 is quite ambitious!
I can completely relate to keeping things in order due to the chaos in my head! I love your list.
